Hey there, and welcome to Be The Growth! I’m Theodore Williams, a certified personal trainer, fitness enthusiast, and former Team Canada and Sweden athlete. But beyond the titles, I’m just someone who understands the ups and downs of personal growth—and I’m here to help you through yours.
My fitness journey started long before I stepped into a gym or won gold medals. I’ve been active my entire life, from figure skating on the international stage to building strength in the gym. After years of competing (including the 2022 World Championships), I retired from the sport, but fitness remained my passion. Now, I channel everything I’ve learned into helping others transform their bodies and lives through strength training.
Fitness isn’t just about aesthetics for me—it’s about building a life you love and becoming the strongest version of yourself, inside and out. As a trans man on testosterone since June 2022 and having top surgery in December of 2024, I know what it’s like to be on a journey of self-discovery, change, and acceptance. I’ve experienced firsthand the struggles of building a body that reflects who you are, and I’ve learned to embrace the process, both physically and mentally.
Through Be The Growth, my mission is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where we can grow together. Whether you’re new to the gym, an experienced athlete, or anywhere in between, I want to meet you where you are and help you crush your goals. I know that every journey looks different, and that’s why my coaching approach focuses on individualization, empowerment, and consistency—because sustainable growth happens step by step, day by day.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me at the gym late at night, sipping on Starbucks (probably too much), or hanging out with my girlfriend, Olivia. I know how important it is to have support along the way, and I want you to feel like you’ve got a friend in your corner, cheering you on.
